This session takes a closer look at ChatGPT and similar conversational AI tools and how they are already being used by young people and youth workers. Participants will explore practical use cases for youth information work, such as drafting content, brainstorming ideas, or supporting information search, while also discussing limitations, risks, and common misunderstandings. The Coffee Break is designed as a hands-on conversation rather than a tutorial and welcomes both skeptics and enthusiasts.
