We built the “AI Youth Work Navigator” to help youth (information) workers gain confidence using AI ethically, responsibly, and to make your job easier.
Our goal is simple: Make AI tools easy to understand, use and actually helpful with clear explanations, real examples, and support whenever you need it.

No one should figure out AI alone. We connect youth (information) workers across Europe through meetups, exchanges, and a friendly space for questions, ideas, and shared

We create short guides, tutorials, and resources to help you understand AI without needing a tech background. Learn at your own pace, in your own way.
Jugendagentur
Jugendagentur (Youth Agency) from Germany is a non-profit NGO and subsidiary of the Baden-Württemberg Youth Foundation. It has extensive experience in project work and innovative educational development. Its main focus areas include digital youth work, digital participation tools, and the management of international projects. Jugendagentur coordinated the project “AI Youth Work Navigator” and was responsible for this platform.
Udruga mladih
“Youth in the European Union” (Udruga mladih “Mladi u Europskoj Uniji”) is a non-profit youth organization based in Šibenik, Croatia, active since 2008. The NGO promotes European values, active citizenship, social inclusion, and the digital transition of young people.
They were responsible for the design and implementation of the test workshop for youth workers in Šibenik to evaluate the practical applicability of the selected AI tools and for producing a brochure summarizing the insights gained.
ERYICA
ERYICA (European Youth Information and Counselling Agency) is an independent European non-profit NGO based in Luxembourg, founded in 1986, with 42 members in 26 countries. The organization is the key European network organization in the field of youth (information) work and aims to strengthen AI literacy among professionals.
They were responsible for the research on available AI tools in the youth field and the international dissemination of results.
DOREA
DOREA Educational Institute is a non-profit NGO based in Limassol, Cyprus, founded in 2012, specialising in high-quality non-formal adult education and international training courses.
The organisation offers more than 40 courses, including digital skills, ICT, and AI applications, contributing to the digital transformation of education. They lead the creation of video tutorials on relevant AI tools and the development of a toolkit for producing self-made tutorials.
Technische Universität München
Represented by the TUM Think Tank and the professorship for Participation and Diversity in Digital Societies, TUM brings academic depth and hands-on expertise on responsible AI.
They analyzed and clustered AI tools, developed the foundational learning module, and wrote the concept paper on understanding AI in youth work.
